Privacy Policy

Overview

Waypoint Digital provides Discord bots and community tools, including Jukebox Portal, Socials Portal, related web dashboards, and future bots and services under the Waypoint Digital brand. This policy explains what information those services process, why it is used, and the choices available to Discord users and server administrators.

Information we process

• Discord identifiers such as user, server, role, and channel IDs.
• Server configuration and feature, plan, or entitlement status needed to deliver and limit product features.
• Limited Discord profile information supplied during dashboard OAuth sign-in, such as username and display name. We do not request Discord account passwords. OAuth tokens are used to verify sign-in and are not stored as permanent account credentials.
• Logs, errors, and request metadata used for operations, troubleshooting, and security.
• Product-specific data, for example music playlists, queues, and volume settings for music bots, or tracked creators and notification channel settings for creator-alert tools.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver bot and dashboard features, remember each server’s configuration, enforce permissions and entitlements, secure web sessions, troubleshoot failures, protect the services, and improve reliability.

Sharing and third-party services

Waypoint Digital does not sell personal information. Information is shared only as needed with infrastructure and service providers used to operate the applications. Discord processes account and server interactions under its own policies. Third-party platforms that a given bot uses—such as media services for music playback, or TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch for creator alerts—have their own terms and privacy policies.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while needed to provide the services. A server administrator may request deletion of stored server data. Data may also be removed after a bot leaves a server or when it is no longer operationally necessary. Short-lived web sessions expire automatically.

Security and choices

Reasonable technical safeguards are used to restrict access and protect stored information. Server administrators control which channels, roles, features, and optional dashboard settings are configured. Users may stop using the services at any time.

Children and changes

The services are intended for Discord users who meet Discord’s minimum age requirements. This policy may be updated as the services change; the effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
