Terms of Service

Agreement
By installing, accessing, or using Waypoint Digital Discord bots, community tools, or related web features, you agree to these terms and to comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you administer a server, you are responsible for configuring and using the services appropriately in that community.
Service description
Waypoint Digital provides Discord bots and community tools—including music features, creator notifications, related web dashboards, and other products offered under the Waypoint Digital brand. Features, limits, and availability may change as the services develop.
Acceptable use
You may not use the services to violate laws, infringe intellectual-property rights, bypass access controls, disrupt the services, abuse third-party platforms, distribute malicious content, or harass others. You are responsible for content and links submitted by members of your server.
Availability and changes
The services are provided on an as-available basis. Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be changed, suspended, rate-limited, or discontinued to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or third-party compatibility.
Paid features
When paid features are offered, they provide access as described at the time of purchase through Discord’s store or other authorized purchase channels. Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options are presented through that platform. Except where required by law or platform policy, access already delivered for a billing period is not refundable.
Third-party services
The services depend on Discord, hosting providers, and platform-specific providers used by each product (for example media services for music tools, or TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch for creator alerts). Their separate terms apply, and changes or outages in those services may affect Waypoint Digital products. The services do not grant rights to copyrighted content or other third-party materials.
Termination
You may stop using the services or remove a bot from a server at any time. Access may be suspended or terminated for abuse, security risks, nonpayment, legal requirements, or violations of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Waypoint Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the services.
